HireSutra does not charge candidates any fees at any stage of the recruitment process.

We will never ask candidates to:

  • Pay registration or recruitment fees
  • Send money to secure a job opportunity
  • Accept payment in cryptocurrency
  • Share banking details or payment information via messaging apps
  • Provide social media login credentials
  • Submit applications through messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram

If you receive such requests claiming to be from HireSutra, they are likely fraudulent.

Warning Signs of Recruitment Scams

Be cautious if you encounter any of the following:

  • Unsolicited job offers via text message or messaging apps
  • Job offers without an interview or screening process
  • Requests for administration, visa, processing, or training fees
  • Messages from generic email accounts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail)
  • Poorly written job descriptions or suspicious communication
  • Requests for sensitive personal information before an application is submitted

Fraudulent job postings may also promise unusually high salaries with minimal requirements.

Verify the Website

Before applying for any job opportunity, confirm that the website belongs to the official company. Watch for the following red flags:

Incorrect Domain Names

Scam websites may use slightly altered domain names or unusual extensions.

Incomplete Websites

Fake websites often lack essential pages such as About Us, Contact Information, or company details.

Always verify job opportunities through the official HireSutra website.

Reporting Suspected Fraud

If you believe someone is impersonating HireSutra or attempting to scam you using our name, please report it immediately.

Please include any relevant details such as:

  • Email addresses used by the sender
  • Screenshots of messages or job offers
  • Website links or job postings
  • Any payment requests received
